Aegis Aspire is commited to assisting the Registered Training Organisation community, and based on a desire to enact positive change in the industry, Aegis Aspire has launched a number of initiatives:
RTO Solutions - Is a series of consulting services designed to offer thought leadership in the industry. Aegis Aspire has recruited and partnered with some of the most experienced people in the VET sector. Our consultants act as subject matter experts on a range of key areas including:- Understanding state and federal funding, accreditation, compliance and audit management.
RTO Advantage - We provide RTO outsourcing services to an array of RTO's enabling them to focus on their core business - quality delivery of training. Our Outsourcing Services include Administration Support Scope of Registration Management, Compliance Management, Business Development and Marketing, Assessment Services, and Trainer Procurement.
RTO Advocacy - In 2008 Aegis Aspire launched 'VINO' (VET Industry Networking Organisation) an RTO think tank where members of the community come together and discuss relevant issues. This is a monthly forum where guest speakers are sourced from Government, Professional bodies, and the Learning and Development Industry.
All members of the community are welcome, it is a non competitive environment that enables the VET industry to share views and discuss the big issues.
